So what I do is then just scroll down on the first page of the searchresults and see what comes up.
Ok, I’m looking for ideas for other niches related to this broad puzzle book niche.
And I’m also going to be looking at the best sellers ranks to see how well these books are selling.
I have a free plugin installed for my Google Chrome Browser called DS Amazon Quick View, which means I can see the best sellers ranks of these books without having to click on each one.
The DS Amazon Quick View is important because it shows the seller rank on the books.
Why is that important?
Well it shows how many times that book is being sold in per day meaning we know how many people tap into that category of books and buy them.
Ok, one book that stands out right away is the “F*ck I’m Bored! – Activity book for Adults”.
I will search on that “Activity book for Adults”
Also comes up with 60,000 search results.
But I also have another free plugin installed called AMZ Suggestion Expander and when I click on the search browser I can see related search words.
So what I do is that I see what kind of other books there are on the list and type in to one.
Let’s check out “activity books for adults with dementia”
Ok so this looks really promising, as you can see it’s only 1000 results and when we scroll down to look for books.
Now we want to see book ranks on this search result and if there are any independently published books..
Ok, I can’t fit all the books in one image but 3 out of the first 4 books are independently published! That is positive because it means that there aren’t many book companies publishing books in this category.
We can head to https://kindlepreneur.com/amazon-kdp-sales-rank-calculator/ and click in the number 28874 and see how many sales that books makes a day.
